The Copper Sun [TCS] was created for, and always will be, a mechanism of African American roots, heritage and future. The site was created as a safe space for cultural dialogue no matter how controversial. TCS is unique in its origins as a site that is both tapped into young African American culture while not falling into becoming a pop/entertainment news site. Keeping these ideas in mind, there’s no need for me to ever identify myself as anyone other than a contributor to Black thought and progress.
